When ordering on their website, they have no mention of products being backordered. It's only when you receive your order you find out half the items are missing. Backorder wait is long and they don't even take the time to call to advise you. Not satisfied with their online purchasing process. I get the run-around every time i call them. Im waiting for a supervisor call back, i will no longer order from them. Don't waste your time or money.

Worst customer service & doesn't notify you when something is out of stock... you pay for it, wait for it to come, and then receive your incomplete order with no indication of when it will be sent. Don't waste your time or effort on this company.
