Overall pleasant experience. Quick turnaround. Got a some tailor work done and it looked way better than I expected. Only been once, but I will be back
I was a long-time customer - over 10 years. I chatted with them regularly. You can imagine my disappointment when they lost my tailor-made jacket. They refused to admit they lost it and suggested I take a cheap jacket that was left behind as compensation. No other compensation was offered. I have never gone back.
The couple that runs this shop is absolutely delightful! In my experience they have been very welcoming, freindly, professional and honest. On two seperate occasions my garments were done early. I would strongly recommend this dry cleaning business.
They assured me my coat would be repaired in a month, I came back, and they hadn't even started on it! I'm never going back.
