Rosedale 1 Hour Cleaners

I've brought in items in on 3 separate occasions. Each time I came to pick up the items, they were not able to remove the stains that I brought the items in for. These stains were not particularly extraordinary, one was from coffee, etc. To be fair, one of the items I brought in was a wool coat, and one was silk, but I feel that a part of using a cleaning service is to skillfully clean items that you can't necessarily clean yourself. I got the impression that they don't even attempt to remove the stain beyond the time it takes them to clean the item as if the stain weren't there.
