Have been coming here for 7 years. The staff has always been wonderful to both my wife and myself. It is a clinic, and a VERY busy one at that. Dr C. Is awesome. We will hate to see any of this staff leave during the buyout/changes. We were in today and had a pleasant visit. Thanks guys!

My husband came in during their walk in hours and was told he needed an appointment and could come back at 5:45 (3 hours later). When we got back they denied that he needed an appointment and he was seen after all the other walk ins. While waiting for 1.5 hours we had to listen to the obnoxious, unprofessional receptionists complain and yell about all sorts of stuff. I'm giving 2 stars because the doctors aren't bad, just the entire rest of the experience.

One the worse medical experience. I went here because of a slip/fall that resulted into a fractured ankle. The doctor (Dr. Chappana???) told me that I would. need to see an Orthopedic doctor to have a cast put on and he would give me my X-rays to take with me. As the doctor was leaving out the room, I asked if they could wrap my ankle.....that's exactly what was done (no splint for support, etc). It was wrapped as if I was bleeding, no support whatsoever. This urgent care sent me on my way home to hop around on my good foot while my bad foot dangled in pain without support. When I called the Orthopedic to make an appointment, she told me that the urgent care doctor should have given me an RX for crutches and a splint on my ankle for support. I had to inconveniently go back to this Urgent Care to get these things done. The nicest thing at my visit here was that the receptionist kindly wheeled me in/out of my car.

Dr. Chengappa cares greatly for his patients. All the nursing staff is friendly. One older woman who works the front desk in the afternoons can be very rude at times

No compassion from doctor, Treated as if I was a junkie trying to get a pain med fix. Made numerous comments suggesting I should've went to clinic closer to my home. Was 2nd to sign in and 5th seen. First time to doctors office in 9 years "great overall health" and I left feeling shamed and belittled.
