We were a bit disappointed with the Palabok that we ordered with Uber Eats. There was so much noodles but barely any toppings. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order a Palabok. But hopefully this is something that you can improve on. I know that we have businesses so we can make a profit, but rice noodles doesn't even cost that much so why would you be stingy on toppings. I was so excited to have my non Filipino girlfriend try this but I myself was disappointed.
Worst place to eat, food was garbage. We ordered lechon kawali which was hard as a rock, looks like it was reheated in used oil for days. Their sisig also was not freshly cooked, it was also hard & tasted like food scraps from days before, they disguise this by serving it sizzling, beware if this place- you’ll just waste your money.
Unfriendly staff, zero customer service, rude, and arrogant. I called to talk to the owner to tell my worst experience with her staff and hoping they would at least train her how talk to the customer the right way but no calls from them. Cancalled my orders for Noche Buena instead. They do not deserve to even have a 1 star. Please support other Filipino hardworking restaurants and staff but not this one. Merry Christmas to all the readers on this comment.
This place is a joke. Bought a lechon 60lbs. Because it’s Holiday season price went up. We paid $300!! When We were cutting the lechon, it felt like we were cutting a paper. Only to find out that the belly part was gone. AVOID this place and if not “I told you so”.
I ordered a medium party tray of pancit and paid $85, and a small party tray of spring rolls for $60. This place is way overpriced and the quality of taste is not great.
We bought a lechon worth $210 and we didn’t expect to have a lechon without its belly. We literally only ate the ribs. We were so disappointed so we called the store and the one who talked to us was so rude too. When we went to the store to pick it up, it took us an hour which was understandable because there were many people. But when I got inside, the lady who was giving out food kept talking and she kept removing her mask. The lechon also didn’t have any cover on it which is very unexpected thinking that we have a pandemic going on and it was raining too like at least have something to protect the food right?
Food was very good and the leechown has to be the best ive ever had!
The sago gulaman we ordered were way too sweet and the tapioca was hard.
I ordered a sisig party tray for my granddaughters bday and as soon as we started serving you can smell the reused oil. The taste was like old recycled oil and no flavor. I spent $60 on it and called to let them know. They were so rude on the phone with not even an apology or replacement ticket. I will never be going again. I have always ordered from lola sally and wanted to try something new I will be sticking to lola sally restaurant.
Not great for take-out. No cutleries nor napkins included for several times even instructed to do so. They assume that you live at home where cutleries are available. I'm using Skipthedishes for delivery and they want me to wash my own cutleries! These people are cutting corners everywhere in the name of profit!
