My journey started in the Pennsylvania Poconos twenty five years ago. I then apprenticed in the Green Mountains of Vermont and opened up my first Bakery. I honed my skills as the baker and owner of the Crescent Moon Bakery and All Fired Up Artisan Bread and Granola. Our next step was into the Adirondacks with our Brainardsville Bake House and Farm. Our farm included beef that was grain/grass/bread fed. This organic meat was available only at select outlets. Our family came to visit Sequim and fell in love with the area and it's people. We now call Sequim our home. We bring twenty five years of experience and knowledge to Bell Street Bakery. We look forward to meeting everyone.
