Amazing customer service. I was at the bell store switching 4 phones from Rogers to Bell and I could not be happier. Brandon was amazing and helped me for an hour set up my phone and could not be more helpful and nicer. Every employee in the store was very polite and courteous. Brandon gave my family an unbelievable phone deal.

The staff at this store were knowledgeable, polite, and provided several options to suit my budget and needs. I had a software issue on the new phone and the staff, in particular Victor, spent a great deal of time with me trying to figure out a solution despite the fact that this was far beyond the scope of his job. Victor patiently and calmly guided me through the options to correct the software problem and made it clear that he just wanted to help me. I would recommend this Bell location and I will definitely continue to go back. This is my fourth year as a customer and I have been pleased every time.

When I first called to get information on the kind of phones which could be best for my family, it was clear that Sharon not only 'knew her stuff' but was highly committed to providing excellent service. We followed up this call by a visit to the store, and met with Sharon. We left the store with 2 high quality phones,our email system was up and running,our phones ready to use, and if that was not enough, she took the time to improve our service plan; we left paying less for our current Bell package. All this done with commitment,wide ranging knowledge, and a smile throughout. All the other staff on the premises were friendly and pleasant. This was above and beyond anything we had expected. Thank you!

This bell store gave me excellent service. I had a lot of billing problems for my home services and they were kind enough to help me resolve everything with the customer service. Brandon was the representative that served me and I highly recommend him and the service he gives. I look forward to visiting this store again when I'm ready for my next upgrade!

Sales lady was so friendly and spent a lot of time making sure that my new phone looked just like my old phone. I really appreciate how patient and thoughtful she was.
