Beech Hill Auto Repair & Salvage & Towing

I have been dealing with parts & salvage companies for 8 years, and I think my experience with Beech Hill has by far been the worst. The lady who answers the phone was absolutely amazing to deal with, but the service was beyond sub-par from the gentleman at this establishment. The parts were ordered Monday afternoon, and I was told to give them 24 hrs to get them off - almost 48 hrs later they were still not off, and we were told that he was not going to give us a time to expect them as he had other parts he needed to take off, and shoveling he needed to do. I cancelled our order through them and took our business elsewhere - personally, I would not recommend this company.

Car was towed, called and spoke to manager (Dave) who proceeding to hang up on me when I simply asked to negotiate a price. That is not the way to treat customers. Very disgusted with the way I was treated.

I've been here several times. Only once did they have anything I was looking for, and I found it myself by luck (a tire). The guy who works in the yard is lazy. I've asked for parts, been told they don't have them, and upon leaving, saw numerous vehicles that would have been perfect parts donors. Only go there if you're in the market for disappointment.

I've always been successful in whatever I needed for parts so I give them a 2 thumps up.
