Charlevoix Michigan. Avoid bringing your vehicle down into the parking area. Very congested with trucks and buses and loading equipment. Drop passenger on main street and walk down, you can also park on the main street (South of bridge street). Otherwise very pleasant and interesting place with an outdoor pub next door.

Love the big boat. The trip to the island is about 2 hours and 40 minutes. The trip to mainland is about 2 hours and 30 minutes. When the weather is nice, the trip is smooth. The boat has bathrooms, a microwave and a couple of vending machines.

Great modern ship ferry and great service. Affordable. Fair prices for a car.
