Good friendly service but bring a book or some kind of entertainment because I experienced a long wait after my appointment time, like some other reviewers. The beautician worked really fast and place was clean but cluttered. This earned the 2 stars. However! I got an injury skin tear from one of the waxing services I did. Only really noticed after getting home. No mention of aftercare provided while I was paying especially after a serious tear happens!, no mention of their pricing policies NO REFUNDS, ONLY OFFERED STORE CREDIT, and after getting a call back when I complained the next day I was told "this happens sometimes, don't worry about it"...! I won't be coming back.Service: Waxing

I've got my nails done here a couple times and they were absolutely amazing! I would leave a 5 star review, however, the service here is very VERY slow. After my last 2.5 hour manicure, I told myself not to come back. I appreciate that Tran pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist. But a manicure shouldn't take more than an hour and 45 minutes... 2 hours and 30 minutes to do my nails was unbearable. Especially when they have no TV's or music playing...

Really great experience at BeautyWorx! Came in with my mom to get my broken nail fixed and the service was excellent. Both technicians were super nice and friendly and did an amazing job with our nails. They were very thorough and didn’t let us leave until we were happy with the result!

I dropped in for gel polish manicure.. Jennie did such an amazing job on my nails. despite the usual busy salons and somehow arrogant nail technicians, this place was relaxing and Jennie was absolutely friendly and attentive.

My experience here was very bad, the hair designer was extremely slow and inexperienced, they washed my hair and charged me extra without mentioning the extra charge beforehand. The older man working there was very rude the whole time. When I was paying I said ‘oh, I didn’t know there was an extra charge for washing’ he just replied on a snarky tone: ‘ok, next time say you don’t wanna wash it’. I’d never go back here.
