CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La

This place was clean and the staff were nice but it really didn't live up to the expectation. The relaxation area was far from relaxing, the massage wasn't as great as I've experienced, and the changing rooms were quite crowded. The tea was lovely and as I said everybody was very nice but I wouldn't go here again.

My favourite place to treat myself! Chi is pure serenity. As soon as I exit the elevator and see and hear the water feature, I instantly relax. The massages I’ve received are always top notch. They get the knots right out and I feel like a whole new person afterwards.

Jenna was amazing. She was polite, kind , personable and she did above and beyond a wonderful job. Because of her efforts, my skin is pristine and has never been better. I've never been so well taken care of. I hope her hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you!

AMAZING ambience and service!!! Staff were very helpful and polite. But main drawback is how small the pool and the jacuzzi were and the food was very pricey.

I had a nice massage and I enjoyed the rain shower and ginger tea.
