Great friendly service from knowledge staff! They are willing to not only help you but will help you save money! Look if they don’t have they will even recommend other places that you can check! I will always be a fan of this place!

UPDATE 07/04/2020: Visited again to purchase a few accessories. Friendly on-floor staff helped me with a wig and cashier gave me complimentary hair care samples. Great customer service! ORIGINAL June 2020: Good experience shopping at this location for the first time. The store was bright and well-stocked. No representatives available in the wig/weave section but spoke with an employee who helped with other merchandise. Checkout staff - friendly and positive. A bit of a different experience from their Parkway Mall location much friendlier but this location will do in a pinch.

Great customer service, who are friendly and not rude like most businesses. Great prices and longer hours. Love it there and they are my first choice for everything above all the other hair stores.

I had wonderful customer service. The staff is very warm and welcoming. You get all types of hair products, hair accessories and wigs come in either synthetic or 100% human hair. I had the best advise and assistance from the consultant who helped me. She was amazing in knowing her products very well.

The worst customer service ever asked a girl in braids questions regarding wigs and her response was like she didn't want to help or answer that's why black people can't get along I will never come back here talk to your staff because at the end of the day we are spending money on your store

Shopping at this hair store the workers were very friendly it was an overall good experience from beginning to end the young lady that helped me excellent employee she was very knowledgeable on their products that had in that beauty supply the gentleman that cashed me through he was very polite and very nice to deal with I'd recommend anyone going there to get their hair products overall I'd go back there

I’ve never bought extensions before so I went to this place for direction. First they sold me human hair which is obviously more expensive without telling me the different options. They helped me pick a hair dye and hair extension colour which the lady even opened the package to “check” the colour and when I brought it home and actually really looked at it, it’s totally off, the hair is 1B and they sold me black hair dye so the colour is way off. I go back to see what they can do to rectify this and the people said I picked the wrong one when actually the only woman who is not Asian picked it for me. They said okay we look at cameras I said please do. They told me come back and talk to the manager the next day so I did. After the manage didn’t bother to listen to me, he said it’s a small company we can’t take back as if I care. Anyways no help. He assured me the colour will match and of course I dye my hair and IT DOESNT MATCH!!!! Don’t go here, they don’t know a thing about hair. Their customer service is horrible!

The store is extremely well organized. The staff are patient and friendly...The gentleman that served me was soooo helpful...and was able to give me product suggestions, as he knew the store inventory very well....I will definitely go back....

Place was clean and organized. No remarks or complains to make. Government safety measures are enforced and employees are wearing masks as well the clientele. Kept up the good work.

Really friendly staff took good care of me and my daughter. Well organized with large selection. It was our first time but certainly not our last. Good rage of products for all ages and genders.
