Just Incredible

Went into just incredible hair this week to find some hair to get my hair braided. The shop owner was so welcoming and helpful. She made sure I got the exact kind I needed for my braid up and we had a great convo. Can’t wait to go back :

Such a special place! My mom and I have been coming here for a few years now and they have the best selection of wigs, ponytails, and products. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, while making sure you find the perfect hair for your occasion.

Very Helpful staff - I was even on my last leg and the owner helped me get a taxi cab back home. Also good range of hair products. I would highly recommend.

Since I’ve moved to Toronto this has been my go-to place for all of my hair needs. Especially hearing that it’s Black owned which I would like that confirmed. I normally always have a positive experience but most recently I visited and the product I was looking for was unavailable. The representative that was there at the time persuaded me to purchase another option based on her experience, she showed me photos etc. As soon as I left the store my stylist called and asked me to exchange my product for another. I turned right back around and within 5 minutes asked if I could exchange based on the receipt stating that you can make exchanges and not being told otherwise. The representative who just assisted me told me, “I’m sorry, no exchanges.” I asked her why when it states things can be exchanged on the receipt. She stated that due to Covid-19 they weren’t allowing any exchanges and compared the store to Shoppers. I asked her if that was the case then why would she not state that at the time of purchase? She just shook her head saying no exchanges. I was livid. I asked to speak with a manager, she told me there was no manager to speak to. I let her know that the no exchange policy is not global, province wide or city wide. I had recently made returns/exchanges at other companies such as Home Sense and Home Depot. If this is a policy that you all are implementing to change the verbiage on the receipt and/or make costumers aware at time of purchase. She did call a manager and they agreed to let me exchange but it took me raising my voice and demanding to speak with a manager in order to do so. I noticed that she responded , “less than 20 minutes ago” to a question I’m assuming was, “how long ago was the purchase made?” It hadn’t been 20 minutes whatsoever but I feel this was her way of not wanting to look foolish by stating 2/3 minutes ago. Had the situation been handled differently it would have made all the difference. But because she was so nonchalant and originally unwilling to assist, I will not be returning. Know the value of returning customers and word of mouth.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff in a Black-owned enterprise. Massive selection of real and synthetic wigs of modern cuts with very short to long styles. Massive array of beauty supplies, hair products and accessories. Very affordable prices. Layout is very spacious and organized. You can find what you are looking for at this location.

Loved my first wig experience! Walked in not knowing what to expect but the staff were nothing but helpful and very patient. They took their time to help me find the perfect wig! Definetly my go to store now for fun and glamorous looks. Thank you so much for a great product and great service

The people there always greet you and are very polite. When you walk in, the place is very organized and clean. They also are very knowledgeable of their products and very helpful when wanting to try new things. I have 3b,3c curls and they always have a wide selection of great products that aren’t incredibly expensive. Sometimes having curly hair is a lot to maintain and salons in Toronto charge way too much for their products. This is definitively one of my go to places for hair products. Thanks ladies!

Wonderful Black owned business, with an amazing selection of hair products and wigs! Reasonable prices and the staff was super sweet. Kayla in particular was incredible, going above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect wig, one of my best customer service interactions to date. Highly recommend this place!
