New seaside hotel! Featuring sweeping views of the Atlantic, public restaurant and bar, waterfront ballroom and event rooms, 94 luxurious guest rooms and suites, and a roof top pool for overnight guests. Restaurant serving food from 7 AM to 10 PM daily and bar open 'til 12:30 every night.

My wife dd and I stayed here for a Wedding in June. Gorgeous hotel but they were having some temporary trouble w the AC on a extremely hot evening. The service we received was a B- at the time. I wrote the General Manager and his response was to us was an A++. We recently booked a room for our wedding anniversary and Ray & his Staff made us feel like King and Queen; Ray's got that innate Hospitality software running over-time-he made our already special event a memorable event. The Beauport is shepherded by a professional Staff lead by an exceptional GM, Ray who lives and breathes Hospitality. We look forward to returning, saying hello to our friends there and hopefully, we'll see Ray to Thank him again for exemplifying what the word 'hospitality' really means. Thank you Ray-see ya soon. Attractive hotel in a great location for tourists to the north shore. Good views from bar and restaurant over the harbor, even better from the deck in warm weather. Only complaint was that about half our meals at dinner didn't live up to the view. Wok-fried salmon was inexcusable salty. Kitchen staff claimed it had no added salt, only soy sauce. I rarely give negative feedback about a meal. When I do, I don't expect an argument from the kitchen. Seafood stew was overcooked and bland. Halibut and scallops were delicious.

Beautiful hotel. The bar is exceptional. The design is meticulous without being overdone. The location is Central to downtown Gloucester which opens up many possibilities for the rest of the night. Definitely stop here for a nice cocktail if you're in the mood

The Beauport Hotel is gorgeous, very well decorated and maintained. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The views are amazing. The restaurant and bar we're fabulous. I wouldn't hesitate a second to stay here again.

They have beautiful new rooms everything is new in the hotel it's beautiful although the customer service is horrible it's actually horrifying. The people that work there are not from a corporate office at all they're all locals and they are all unwelcoming is the perfect word. I wanted to rent a room during the time of the Nor'easter, and they would not rent me a room cuz he they said I smell like pot marijuana. They're not there to accommodate the guests and anyway they're there to work from 9 to 5 and go home they're not trained and proper customer service it was a horrifying experience and everybody that works there is ridiculously overweight. I will never go back there not for the food not for The View. My experience there was a nightmare I feel like the people that that work they're speaking a different language I don't know anything about. After this experience I will always stay corporate it's just not worth it going there it's overpriced and it's not great the food is horrible they have so much potential but the food is really bad it's been a year now it's horrible.
