Restaurant Normandin

Have been going for years at this restaurant for breakfast everytime we stay in Quebec City .nnWent again this week with 14 people and breafast is still very good along with a friendly waitress we got . Went back on Sunday with a reservation we had for over 1 week for 12pm for 20 people . Well we waited over 1 hour to get a table nothing was ready for our group not what you expect when you have kids and babies. We waited again more then 1h30 to get our food.. We left the restaurant around 3h30. Just crazy to go somewhere for a restaurant and have to stay all that time. Poor waitress did her best but the restaurant is so much shortstaff that it's not fun at all. Lots of people at the door that left because of all the waiting time. Was the food good yes it was. The poor waitress I give her a 5 star but the restaurant will get a 2 for the lack of caring of there customers.

we were about 10 people service was quick and polite only complaint would be those ordered drinks got no water , for me Burger Gourmet was bland hardly memorable as for the other people some seemed happy especially the one who ordered breakfast ,but not a repeat for me .

the food was delicious and great value. staff were friendly and helpful.

Too slow. I have waited for almost 1 hour and I literally just ordered a toast ,an egg and a fruit saladI have no idea why is it so slow
