Bear Cub Mini Storage

the price is low but you get what you pay for it had to throw away and replace all my furniture (couch mattress anything upholstered) and 90% of my clothing and linen due to the amount if mice urine and droppings and some kind of "bug" which i believe to be either rodent mites or fleas. my kids lost a bunch of their blankets and stuffed animals as a result of this "bug" as I didn't want to risk bringing them into our home. also the roof doesn't fave gutters or any water drain system so it pools up and splashes into. the unit even with the door closed we ended up placing pallets on the floor for the first 5ft or so into the unit you protect what stuff wasn't damaged by mice and/or water. the couple who own the place were very pleasant which is why I didn't give this 0 stars she was. very understanding and willing to work with me when I was going through some hard times financially however considering I have time replace more hands half of the stuff I had stored there it doesn't really seem all that great. if you do choose to get a unit here I suggest deconstruction mouse traps and spray tea tree oil on the walls and floor and use mothballs or tea tree oil infused cotton balls inside some kind of vented container placed through out your stuff to keep the huge hybrid creepy looking spiders and any other creepy crawlies that inhabit this place ( and trust me there are. ALOT!!!l
