Access Storage

Delightful Customer Service. Clean Facilities, well secured, plenty of cameras. I accidentally forgot to make the 2nd phone call to declare I was completely out and my unit was clean/unlocked... and was charged for the next month, despite no longer occupying the unit. When I called later, I was pleasantly surprised to receive excellent customer service and actually received compassionate human understanding instead of money-grubbing, penny-pinching nay-saying. I will definitely be using their services again should i need them. It's worth the extra little bit of a drive to the storage unit, I think.

This place is so awesome. The staff is so helpful and courteous. If I ever need storage again, I will be coming back here!

They have a secure gate around the property with 24-hour access. It is well lit, and has top of the line security cameras. The owners will go out of their way to accommodate after hours appointments, and provide as many resources as possible to help make moving as convenient as possible. Even little things like bringing water out to you at the unit while moving in make a big difference when you are stressed out and unloading your things.
