U-Haul Moving & Storage of Missoula

I pulled in to ask a question about if my vehicle would be able to be towed on a traditional trailer. I pulled to the side so they could see how wide it was but out of the pull in section so others could use it. No "Welcome", no "Good morning", immediately was passive aggressive about my parking. They clearly did not need my business.

We had a hitch installed on our van here. We have rented multiple trucks from this location. Helpful. Good value.

Rented a 24 foot truck, to go 2247 miles. A/C broke after 300 miles. Poor maintenece of equipemnt, apparently!

Kind of a nightmare to find. The service was less than steller, in fact the manager was rude!

I'm giving this U-Haul location an extra star because one of their employees was helpful, but otherwise I'm very disappointed. Regarding their SafeMove coverage: you will be asked if you want to add this coverage to your rental PRIOR to getting your estimate. If you plan to rent a vehicle for more than one day, you need to know that this extra coverage is a DAILY charge, not a one-time charge. This will reflect on your estimate after you agree to the coverage. Additionally, when I attempted to ask the owner of this location about all of the charges on my contract, he became combative and offered absolutely no customer service. It was a very ugly encounter. I will not be doing business with U-Haul again.
