I traded in the iPhones for cash recently. Received an online quote from there website and they provided a 30 days validity on there quote as well.. They provided the shipping kit with a return label in time as well.. The follow-up post the shipping with Jess in there was excellent... Jess ensured timely feedback and update on the trade in and they e-transfer the fund within a few days as well.. Excellent Customer Service..
GizmoGrind sent over a shipping kit for me to originally mail in my phone. Chose to get my phone sent back to fix the screen so I could get more money for my trade in and since it was still covered by Apple Care. When shipping it back, they provided me with a pre-paid label. Upon inspection, there were some delays, however Lucie the VP from GizmoGrind reached out and was able to get my payment completed. Great customer service.
This is a good company to work with, been dealing with them for a couple of years, always quick to respond if an issue, good turn around on payments of items I've traded-in. Recently had a shipping label problem and Lucie was quick to respond and get the matter resolved.
I want to relay my experience with GizmoGrind. I sent my watch Apple watch series 6 in late October 2022. They were a little slow with payment but we’re very responsive to email inquiries. To make a long story shorter - the day they were supposed to make payment - nothing…but I got a phone call from Toronto which I didn’t answer then a text - it was the owner of the company telling me very plainly they had suffered several fraudulent charges on their account and would make the payment as soon as they sorted it out. For the next couple of days I was contacted daily and kept apprised of the situation…until the payment was made in full plus a little for my trouble. I would very highly recommend GizmoGrind to anyone looking to sell their tech product at a very competitive price to an honest company.
SCAMMERS!!! You may or may not get what they quote $143 you for your device I’m still waiting on the pay out for a device that I sent in 6th December FLAWLESS condition by the site standard but was offered 58 dollars because it had defects. You run the risk of losing a phone for next to nothing better you give the phone to somebody in need. Tried to leave the entire explanation but I guess that was to long for the site or my phone because it was erased.
This will be the third time trading in with Gizmo Grind, and honestly I cannot recommend them enough. Any time I’ve had inquiries or needed support they were very timely in response, and very informative. The staff both answering the phones, live chat and email are really amazing. They genuinely make the experience well worth your while and it completely avoids the hassle of meeting with sketchy strangers or the complications of finding the time to meet up with people who may flake out. They have very fair quotes for your electronics and certainly offer the most from my experience. I’d like to especially mention that my circumstances were a bit difficult as I am travelling and was hoping to expedite the trade in. To my surprise less than 24hrs of reaching out to their team they made it happen. That’s customer service you just don’t get anywhere else. Thanks again for making my experiences so memorable!

I don’t usually do reviews but I thought this company deserves one. This is my first time trying their company after searching online. Didn’t even know they existed. I came across them, went on their site and read their reviews. Was a little apprehensive at first but then, I thought why not give them a try. So, I did and they delivered as promise. They are legit and they are the real deal. Although, there was a little hiccup with the process - this was due to unforeseen delay and waiting time that ran longer than usual. But, once I inquired, they attended to this and took care of it. I commend them for trying and for taking care of their customers. Process time for me was about 2 weeks. Will be back and will definitely consider them again. Thank you, GizmoGrind!
Sent my phone in and it's been stuck on inspecting for well over a week, still says it's at the inspecting stage. Not impressed with the wait, especially because I might not even get the quoted amount at the end of all of this. I should have just sold the phone online. Edit: Someone from the company got in contact with me and after some discussion over email, I had a great customer service experience. They went above and beyond to understand my situation and frustrations and resolve everything. A lot of companies wouldn't even care, but clearly this one does!
