Terrible customer service. Multiple major mistakes made on my family's tax returns, including: a "keying error" that inflated my amount owed by several thousand dollars; knowingly sending me an incorrect return to sign; neglecting to convert one of my securities from USD funds to CAD funds (even though it was clearly indicated as such), etc. The last error resulted in an incorrect filing and interest penalty from the CRA. To their credit, they apologized and resolved their first two major errors. However, when I requested to discuss the third one, they responded by abruptly dropping my family as their clients instead, stating basically that we had become too much work for them. They corrected the error eventually but never issued an apology or explanation and have ignored all further requests for information since. Contacted BDO Canada twice to offer my feedback after the busy tax season had passed but it took them a week and a half to respond, and only after I mentioned that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau to write a review. Sorry, but definitely would not recommend.
