Today was very important to me. I believe the officer was Katie? and one other lady that assisted her to deposit my coins, she quickly helped me pack them away and understood how urgent my situation was. I spoke to another lady who told me to come back tomorrow, I thought about canceling my account with Scotia at that point, but the outcome was beyond my satisfaction!nI also recently had someone use my card and those charges are under review as well, hopefully they are refunded however I just wanted to say thank you! Thank you for not turning me away!

I’ve been dealing with my mom‘s estate and these guys have been great especially Katie. She is just so knowledgeable. She’s been helping me for a few years now and I couldn’t ask for a better person at this bank done

WARNING DO NOT USE DRIVE THRU ATM I took out money it shorted me. I go inside useless jaspreet tells me they’ll sort it out.nnInstead they call me back and direct me to call a dispute line and now I’m short money … also both of the people in the dispute department are Apparently incapable of authenticating you before the computer times out.. so now I have to go back to the same branch for them to call “authenticate” me. So I can then call back about the money THEY SHORTED ME and make a dispute which also guarantees nothing but me wasting my time

Atm down half the time when you need it, multiple of 20 withdrawal which is quite annoying.
