You guys absolutely can’t be blocking a one way alleyway in downtown Calgary with one of your trucks with about 4 other vehicles trying to get through behind your truck with various time sensitive orders and deliveries for businesses in the surrounding area and buildings. Completely unprofessional.

Ordering system has been down for almost 2 weeks, only 1 email from the company letting customers know what's going on which barely explained anything I wish I knew which IT company you guys used for your computer systems so I could review them as they should be in another field of work because for a company to be down for this long is pure incompetence.

They don't like self pickup they have to do more work I went there today have too wait couple hours
