I found the staff to be on the younger side, and only a few staff on hand.  Must be because the mall is undergoing renovations, and is much quieter than normal.  Great selection, and they have a few items not found at other BCLS's.  Overall, I found the staff to be polite, and helpful.

They stopped selling a few of my favorites because apparently I was the only one buying them.  This has happened a few times without any notice.
