This is my regular that's close to home however I feel like I've been giving my time and business to probably the most rudest and arrogant managers. Staff are friendly... To avoid a price check and holding up the line I kindly brought the tag to the till to show what I had been reading. The rude manager had made it very clear in a really abrupt way that no that isn't correct I kindly said sorry cause it was my mistake he sighed snatched the sign... made me look like a fool and stormed off with the sign... As if it was it was a super big inconvenience for him. Real manager customer service skills there. Short Caucasian man partly bald is what he looked like. I understand it's busy and it's the holiday time however don't lash out on your customers even if they were mistaken. If you're swamped hire more staff or better get a Friendlier helpful manager. My poor cashier felt mortified as I saw her face and how sorry she was. I simply said wow I didn't realize it was such a big issue I'll be going else where from now on. Hope that manager has a Merry Christmas.

You don't need to be a coffee connoisseur to make good coffee at home. And what comes together to make up a coffee's flavor are acidity, aroma, and body. Coffee tasters will generally pinpoint characteristics of the acidity, aroma, and body to describe the quality of the coffee bean. Most of us do not have the sophistocated sense of taste needed to be a coffee-taster, but this profession has given the rest of us a way to describe coffee but especially what you should expect from a quality cup of coffee.

As a frequent customer to this branch i would like to raise my personal experience today. During my visit today, there was a mid-age asian lady named Wendy? if im not mistaken was rather rude and unprofessional. When i went up to the counter, she took a look at my face and just held her index and middle finger asking 2 pcs of ID, without saying anything. Then asked me if i am paying with visa while I was taking cash out of my wallet. When i told her I will pay with cash she aggresively opens the till and hands out my change, upon receiving my change I said Thank you but there was no reply, not even a nod. As a paying customer, I really don't think this is how customer should be treated. I understand workers might be having a bad day but why express your feeling on customers?

I like the location of this store because it's next to a Safeway and is attached to Kingsway. But the parking lot can be a bit messy and hectic, especially on some nights and weekends before a holiday. Friendly staff and a good selection of products peeing to the relatively large footprint of the store.
