BC Ambulance Service - Station 249

This is too bad for human handling

I was very impressed with the service we received from BC Ambulance. They were swamped when I called so it took some time before the ambulance came because ours was not a "life or death" situation. The dispatcher phoned me and explained the situation and asked further questions to make sure everything was okay for us. The ambulance attendants, Daren Moore & Michael Buikema, were extremely helpful. They did everything they could to make the transfer as quick and painless as possible. They seemed to really care about the patient. My son had to use the Langley Ambulance service once before. Mr. Moore & Buikema should give the Langley attendants lessons on how to treat the patient with respect. Thanks guys.

Worse service ever... waiting for 5 hours they not here yet... they bring my mum to Columbia hospital at 12 and from 3pm we waiting for them to come and transfer. They lie to us that they came n check on my mum when im her daughter waiting here never moved. Please have a good service for seniors when they need you guys help.
