Bayview Medical Clinic

By far the worst walk in clinic I’ve ever been to. My wife and I showed up about 8 mins after opening hoping to be in and out in a timely fashion . We walk into the clinic the the place is pretty much packed as in only a few seats left. We grab our ticket to see the receptionist and we waited and waited and waited. After 45 min the receptionist had called up 1 person and no one was called in to see the doctor. By this time the place was packed solid and no one could hardly move around. My wife and I decided to just leave and we will never return. Oh and charging 2 bucks an hour for parking. Brutal!!

I recently attended the after-hours clinic to receive a simple allergy shot. Since it is currently the only walk-in clinic in operation in the entire city of Belleville, I arrived at 3pm to ensure that I was early enough to register and was the first patient to be seen at 5:50pm. Although the clinic does not open until 5pm, the wonderful receptionist kindly opened the doors at 4:30 and was very polite in helping me to quickly complete the registration process. My first impression was the clinic was clean, warm and was staffed by a very professional receptionist. However, this is the only reason the clinic received any star rating at all. After confirming to Dr. E Maraghi that I only needed an allergy shot, he left the room to acquire a needle and re-entered the room carrying it in his mouth (yes, the actual needle end inside his mouth, albeit with a piece of plastic on the very tip). When I asked him to remove it from his mouth he became agitated and offended, explaining to me that it has a plastic tip on it and proceeded to put the needle back in his mouth. I have received several hundred shots in the last few years by several doctors and health nurses and never witnessed such a blatant disregard for the concerns of the patient. I have no idea as to whether there is any potential risk of something being transferred to the needle that was subsequently injected into my body but visually I was disgusted with the method used and I will worry about this until I can be assured of there being zero risk to my health. I will be following up with the appropriate board(s).

Long, loooong wait times. You take a # and wait a while before you register. Then you wait another while before being seen by the Dr. It opens at 5 but by 4 people started taking numbers. Be prepared to wait a while. Also parking is paid which is unfair considering you have no choice but to wait. The Dr was pleasent at least. But horribly organized.

i will never go to this place ever ... the doctor is not nice. The doctor told me that my problem was not a walk in clinic problem that I was wasting tax payers money ..was it because of what I had on jogging pants ? I wakeup at 4:50 every day and go to my full-time job where I pay my taxes .. I have every right to go to the clinic .the doctor that work that day December 12 2017 had no right to talk to me that way .... He should get his license taken away .

Sooo the door apparently opens at four and doctor gets there at five (didn't read that anywhere online?) so i thought i would get there before "opening", a little before five, only to find a full waiting room, waited Over FOUR hours. So needless to say i got there before "opening" and didn't get out until after "closing" and there was still several people in the waiting room when i left. Had a female doctor, she was nice.
