Cute restaurant with an unimaginably wide selection. When we were given the menu, we were also given a photo album to see what the items looked like. That was very helpful. The food was good, but not great. This restaurant is ideal if you don't know where to take someone as they are guaranteed to find something on their large menu. Vegetarian options: There are many veg and tofu dishes. Parking: Lots of parking in front of the restaurant.

Been eating this restaurant on & off for the last 2 decades. Plenty Parking in this plaza. Price & portions are decent. Interior is outdated but still acceptable. The server is very friendly and courteous. They do keep their food good quality over 20 years. We really like the soya sauce duck and we order it every visit. Will visit again soon.

You know this place is authentic as soon as you enter this cozy joint and are greeted by the super fast and efficient staff. The clattering of the cutlery and the chirpy customers take you to a different land far far away. The food is delicious and quantities large. I found the small jugs of vinegar and soy sauce very pretty. The chilly oil is spicy yet amazing, a must try. We enjoyed the meal and will definitely be returning.

We have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. It just like your home kitchen. Sometimes you go there because nobody can suggest a place to eat. Steamed live tilapia, stir fried vegetables will make you feel so satisfied. Don’t forget to order their dessert - Taro mashed ginkgo, so yummy!

Company of four dining at 7pm on a Monday night. No need to wait. Reception and ordering was friendly and quick. We ordered a set dinner for four plus a congee and an additional veggie dish. Traditional chewchow pig stomach soup was hot and tasty but not too salty. Wonderful starter it was. The oyster congee was also delicious as well. The marinated duck, chicken with crispy veggie, fried beef with mushroom, and minced pork with deep fried green beans were all well done with good portion served. This is a decent restaurant in town if you fancy some traditional chewchow cuisine.

Really decent Chiu Chow food in Richmond Hill. My absolute favourite was the salt pepper tofu and the marinated duck. Just so simple yet so flavourful. The claypot rice was also very decent. Will definitely come back to try the other special dishes. Nice ambience and responsive services too.

The rice pot has a crusty bottom and the rice is soft, perfectly made. The signature Chew Chou marinated duck is tender and also perfectly made. They also carry a variety of lunch specials which are very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend the restaurant to our friends.Food: 5/5

Their lunch menu has plenty of options for $10.99 or 12.99 on weekdays. Their noodle soup was very soothing and delicious.

Food was really good, huge selection. But their service was great. We were greated kindly, when sauce, seasoning etc was requested they brought it right away. Decor is a little old but not a big deal to me. Would definitely go again.Food: 5/5

Restaurant is spaced out and comfortable for dine in. The service was good. The menu had various regional Chinese Chow and Canton cuisines; their Chiu Chow dishes were tasty and delicious. such as those pictured in my review - the steamed crystal bun dessert and marinated eggs and tofu.
