I go thier for a men's cut Terry works there on Sundays. He teaches hairdressing school Monday to Friday. He has years of experience. Great hair cut.

Got my hair dyed and they didn't even do the right color. And they did my hair very choppy it is badddddd. I tried going back and they just got mad and shut me and my friend down and ontop of that they just said that I have to book an appt to get it done againhave to pay again. Which I'm not doing, so I asked for a refund but they just completely told us no and got mad. But right after me and my friend went to chaders and they were so nice and gave me a free treatment and blowout. If ur thinking about going to this place to get ur hair dyed DONT. Go to chaders instead or Fernandos

I have used this salon for years but last few years has been getting worse. The owner is rude to customers and does not listen to suggestions. She does only what she wants regardless of how it might affect her customers....I would not go anymore except I like my hairstylist. Also the fact that the owner works while sick is just not fair to anyone. She coughed while I was paying my bill and she was not wearing a mask. Very horrible experience my stylist George didn’t even smile nor talk properly and gave me the hair color foils to hold and told me to give him one each time he needs it . I Tried to have a conversation with him and I asked him how long has he been working as a hairstylist for and he said “don’t even ask me that “ on top of the horrible service there were spots missed in my hair after colour. He didn’t even colour it properly. Which he charged me 400 dollars for it.

I cannot comment on their hair styling but I went in for a simple eyebrow waxing. The lady that did my eyebrows was very friendly. The cost was good compared to most and she did an excellent job shaping my brows. As for the staff, they were quick to get me in considering it was a busy Saturday. I did not have to wait but half a minute. Very pleased and I'm sure I'll return the next time I'm at the Bayshore Mall.

They do not know how to cut curly hair. my hair was cut horrible first time. I went back to complain the 3 day. The receptionist was kind but she told me this happens all the time. Not only did I pay 160 for cut and colour I paid an extra 45 for a fix up. Sorry but that's unacceptable. I can't even leave my hair curly I have to straighten it for it to look acceptable. It looked like dora the explore first time second time I went back the hairstylist told me the previous guy didn't even cut of my dead ends. Not impressed. Not returning.

Not the greatest experience. Called in the morning to book my daughter in for an appointment. Was given a same day 3:30, came to the mall specifically for this..the line was very long and I was told that we would have to wait for other walk in customers to be finished. Came back 15 mins later still waiting. Stylist burnt my daughter with the hair dryer. Cut wasn't really straight and I was not allowed to wait with her inside as there were too many people. No hand sanitizer system set up. Every expensive for a kids trim and wash$30 will not return

Good haircut, reasonable price.
