As with the other reviewers the lobby was dingy and 'weird'. There are a lot of, what appeared to be, transients in and around the hotel - not at all inviting. The area we were told to park in and bring our luggage through was behind an alley. At any given time there were people hanging around this area that made us very uncomfortable - including the large, unleashed pit bull. The elevator did not work and the front desk attendant was over apologetic and not very helpful. Then there is the room - where do I begin? The main room, bathroom and luggage cubby were unfinished. It's like someone was in the middle of remodeling and just quit. And there was plaster everywhere. The places that were plastered was done my a 4 year old - just so unprofessional and hideous. The bathroom door was too big; in that you could hardly get around it to get in the room. The sink basin was way too big for the counter; leaving you no place at all to set toiletries on. The room was dirty - I cleaned the bedside table and desk area off myself with wipes and it was disgustingly black. The lone chair in the room was filthy; full of huge spots all over it. We couldn't wait to leave. We have always had great service and accommodations at Baymont hotels but this was a nightmare. Don't waste your money, time or good health on this place. The Baymont/Wyndham corporation should be embarrassed to have this establishment using their good name. Shame on this management to be taking people's hard earned money and putting them in these horrible rooms.

The lobby is really nice, rooms are ok (beds were sunken in, you can hear noise from the hallway), and breakfast options were continental like toast, bagels, pastries, etc. I don't think there were any other hot options or even fruit when we were there. Only stayed one night. They recommend parking in the lot behind the building, including overnight parking, because it is covered by cameras just in case. Overall a decent hotel and within walking distance to restaurants.

Terrible motel to stay at. Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was HORRIBLE! Room still under renovation so the water from the shower didn't even have anything to stop it from going all over the bathroom floor. No refrigerators or microwaves in rooms. Not any local guide or motel info sheet in the room. Definitely NOT anything I would expect for $175 per night!! Have had much better stays at $45 per night motels! Do not stay here.

At a festival most of the time, but nothing to complain about. Appeared clean, bar next door was nice and front desk was friendly. Couldnt check in until 1pm though, but no big deal.
