Bay Park Resort & Campground

I loved going here every year when I was younger! The campground layout is nicely spaced, everyone is very friendly, plenty of dock space for your boat, and the beach is nice too. Dan and Anita are the friendliest hosts you'll ever meet and are more than accommodating to your needs. The pool is certainly "the" place to be at on those hot days. Love this place and couldn't recommend it more to anyone looking for a seasonal campground.

My wife and I have been here twice. The first time for a week in 2001 and last year for two weeks. Dan and Anita are great owners/hosts who really look after their guests. Both times we've been here I caught the largest smallmouth that I'd caught up to that point. The first time in 2001 a 5lb 10oz and last year a 6lb 4oz. Last year caught 5 smallmouth over 4lbs in two days. My wife catches fish and loves the variety. We have caught Black Crappie, Northern Pike, Walleye, Largemouth, Smallmouth, Yellow Perch and Channel Cats in this lake. We like getting some small minnows one morning and going to the other end of the lake to catch a mess of perch to filet and sautee in garlic butter. About as good as it gets for anyone who loves fishing in the North Woods. This is the classic Wisconsin resort I remember from my youth in the 70's and I'm sure we will visit many more times.
