West Point Lodge & Resort

For the price, a great value. Shared bathroom for the "hotel rooms" is a 3/4, and there's also a 1/2 bath too. Not air conditioned, but they do have fans and windows in each room. Fresh towels too. Very simple, because you're there to sleep, not hang out during the day. No tv's in the rooms. Bar right downstairs with food, drinks, games, pulltabs, etc.

Never been to a bar or restaurant with no wait staff. Called to see if they had fish fry and burgers, yep. Didn't think that meant we had to go to the bar ourselves everyone we wanted a beer or to order our own food. We sat at a table twiddling our thumbs for a half hour and no one ever came over or even felt like telling us we needed to order food or drinks at the bar. Thought it would be a good place to go eat on our anniversary based on reviews, we were wrong. Reviews must be from people for the campers/resort, not restaurant. Won't be back.

Great place, unbelievable prices, friendly staff and an incredible outdoor space. If you're on McKenzie and looking for a drink, this should be one of your stops.

They are constantly making improvements to the place. The food is good. People are friendly.

Wonderful place, great bar, cabins are nice and affordable, people are nice.
