GROSS & Disgusting! Found a very very long black curly hair in my vegetables. When I showed it to the waiter, he brought my plate to the manager whom never came out to see me by the way, and then the waiter who couldn’t care less told me that since this is fairly common, they were willing to give me a free dessert. What?!! Excuse me.... come on? I’ve got short purple hair and they made me feel like I was trying to get a free meal. I refused the dessert to prove a point, then they knocked off my drink from the bill... I told him I wanted to pay for my drink and that I didn’t appreciate the way they handled the matter. Our bill was $162... we can afford to pay for our meal that wasn’t the issue. The waiter was cold with us and the couple we were with, took his time to offer everyone else a coffee or dessert and on top of which, when we all declined anything else, he already had the bills ready. This has never happened to me before.... will never go back there and will never recommend this restaurant!

Good food and people are nice. Yet I think as a business you should state that the garlic potatoes have bacon. It does not state that in the menu at all. The reason for this is they changed the way they did the recipe one day so I understand why the menu didn't say bacon. Yet I figure if someone doesn't like bacon or if someone didn't eat pork they wouldn't be very happy. I think its unprofessional and a inconvenience if people are not told this. Otherwise this was a favorite restaurant of mine since a few things where changed in the menu its been a bit disappointing.

Our visit to our local BR started off a little slow . I had made a reservation for 6:30 and the table wasn't ready but we only waited 10 minutes before being escorted to our table. My wife ordered a general Tao salad and it was fantastic. We ordered a cheddar dip with tortilla chips but the chips were stale. We asked our waitress (Emilie, who is sweet as pie and did a great job) for a new plate and received it in no time. The ribs were great as usual, tender fall off the bone great. My wife ordered a chicken dish with tomatoes that brought garlic to a whole new level, wow. She brought home some of it because it was huge! Another issue was my son found a bone in his baked beans side. Nice ambiance and not too loud. We ordered a nice Red bottle of Cab (cheapest red on the list) and it went very well with the ribs and chicken. Lastly, My wife and daughter mentioned that the ladies washroom floor was overly sticky.

Warm welcoming from the hostess. Service top notch and food was delicious. Great atmosphere, will definitely go back.
