We bought a malfunctioning selfie stick and returned to the shop 2 hours later 8pm. The website says store opened until 9pm. It was closed. False advertising and products that don't work.

Horrible man that worked there tonight...owner maybe....I bought 2 i love Montreal bracelets for the kid's...one broke while she was putting it on while still in the store....he refused to exchange it for another one...I highly recomend any other souvenir shop so you dont have to watch your child cry on the way home or back to your hotel
