Bartlett Self Storage

We are so thankful we found Bartlett Self Storage. We stored our entire household for over a year. Everything came out just like it went in. Their indoor units are fully climate controlled. It’s very clean and very well secured. Terry, the manager is absolutely wonderful to deal with. We found her so friendly and helpful during our move in and out of the facility. We highly recommend this business.

Wow we have always received the best service. Terry is so amazing and treats everyone like family. She hosted a great garage sale with all the locker owners as well as an animal charity. We had so much fun.

We had the best experience at Bartlett Self Storage. Terry and Dan are amazing, and the facility itself is immaculately clean and well-lit. The loading area was always clear of snow and I felt that our belongings were very secure. Would highly recommend! Thank you again for everything!

Not only did Terry help me during a stressful time moving during the pandemic, she recently organized, cleaned and delivered my Mother's favourite recliner to her room at The Mennonite Nursing home on her 95th birthday at no charge! I can't thank her enough for her generosity and outstanding efforts to make this possible. Definitely a worthy business that goes beyond the norm to satisfy their customers. I live in Alberta, accomplishing this task was impossible for me, but thanks to you Terry, my Mother has her favourite chair within reach. She can now rest in comfort for her remaining time with us. I would highly reccomend taking your business to Bartlett Self Storage. Since moving to Beamsville and obtaining a locker I have been exteremly happy with the quality of service I receive on a daily basis. The lockers are clean/ safe and Terry goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your care.

Terry is a pleasure to deal with. She is helpful, has a sense of humour and genuinely cares about the renters needs. She worked with me to get the space I needed when I needed it and the prices are much better than other places I've rented. Thank you.

Worst self storage property I have ever come across for numerous reasons. First, our locker was broken into and no one even called us to let us know! They say the perform daily checks but how does someone miss a missing and smashed lock for weeks or months. Also, the outdoor lockers are not weather sealed. Everything in our locker was filthy dirty! Take your business else where!

After looking around Grimsby area, even though we got a new storage place.. The prices are outrageous! What I would have paid for 1 spot, I now have 2 spots for the price of 1. Bartlett storage has accommodationed All our needs! Plus enjoy 11pm closing.

Reasonable rates and good service. Don't need much more than that for a storage location.
