It’s a building, a nice building at that. The lobby is large and open with lots of seating. The building is clean and well lit. There is public parking spaces available in the lower levels of the building. The building is 30 plus years old but has always been updated and well kept. There are lots of professional services here and the building is mostly full. It is wheelchair accessible. There is rapid transit access right beside the building.
I have been a patient for several years now. As someone who has to travel for hours to see specialists, I actually look forward to my visits. 1 for the peace of mind and 2 The pride and professionalism of Dr Parbeer Grewal and his incredible staff, a HUGE tip of the hat to the ladies in the front, thanks particularly to JENI for her extra assistance with providing me with information and paperwork for my personal use. She provided fast and friendly services all with a big smile. In these days with the fears of health issues an stress created by the unknown, it is awesome to see people still remember how to create a welcoming and comforting environment. Again all of the staff are outstanding. Thank you....
This building is well managed . Underground parking is good. Tim Horton on main level . Security Guard on main level as well .
I went there on appointment to BGS Career Ventures I needed help finding a job. 54 years old have been working all my life, I can't remember ever not having a job. These people helped me. I highly recommend talking to these awesome people Eric, Kim and Elena. If you are old like me and looking for a job they will help. Excellent service provided.
The building appears to be very old and in poor condition from the underground parkade until you reach the main floor, After that everything seemed decent. The parkade elevator did not appear to work well, and made a loud buzzing noise instead of closing the door. We avoided that and took the stairs which was full of bizarre wind sounds and machine noises, small as well.. The parkade ceiling was unusually low. I am not sure what year this building is from but it's not that great down there. All the employees I encountered were very friendly.
It's sad to say that the homeless problem is a problem, but there's a distinct feeling of uncertainty when all you want is a coffee and you're approached for money and/or food several times in a Tim Hortons lineup.
Easy to find the place and lots of parking but no free parking unless you ask the medical office they can help

Don't expect to get free parking at the back. $8 for one hour! Nice building with a timmies makes it a nice place to have appointments.
This is a great building it's very beautiful awesome views when you go up to the upper floors , I have worked out of this building before when I was working for UNICEF Canada and now I am taking a course here so yeah it's a great building on Jasper ave in the heart of edmontons downtown core I suggest comming down here and take a peak inside this huge building I wonder why they call it first Edmonton place maybe because it was one of the very first buildings built downtown ... I know when your in the elevator there is pictures of the old building they are pretty neat
