The Barre Beautiful workout is an intense 35 or 55 minute workout that links Classical Dance Training, Strength Training and Pilates. This highly Intense workout challenges stability, balance and muscular endurance while promoting good posture. The physical result is a strong, sleek, long and lean physique - a dancer's body. Hands down, my favourite workout! Barre Beautiful has amazing instructors who target every muscle in your body during a 55 minute workout. Classes will leave you sweating and feeling great! Love the small classes on average, 8 people and flexible class times. Highly recommend :
Barre Beautiful has been such an amazing experience! The location is easily accessible by transit and the studio is spacious and clean. Every instructor is so welcoming and encouraging as well. This is definitely something to try no matter your fitness level!!
Barre Beautiful is a beautiful space indeed! The space is clean, calm and inviting. The studio offers on-point workout in a peaceful environment. The classes are challenging and just what you need to build muscle tone. Love the fact that it’s not too crowded, yet big enough to create the right vibe to push yourself. Recommended!
Barre Beautiful is totally different from my other workouts. Its working on the smaller muscles or muscles that you don’t get at in other types of workouts. The instructors are serious and very professional and the studio is clean and well equipped. I highly recommend it for cross training.
Love the studio and the classes. Such a fun way to work out and still feel graceful as opposed to lifting weights at the gym. Instructors pay attention to each person in the class and correct you if you're doing something wrong, which is always super important. I definitely recommend Barre Beautiful!
My experience has been great at the studio. I came here without any expectations, and as a beginner and found the classes to be different with every instructor. What I like about coming here, is that I can go at my own pace and no one is judging me.
