Tandem is a unique studio that offers kids dance and adult fitness classes simultaneously; you workout while the little ones dance! Our goal is to help our clients improve their quality of life through movement and by simplifying the chaos of life.
Tandem Studios specializes in training dancers ages 18 months+ and seeks to encourage children's social and artistic development through the use of dance. Children can participate in our recreational or competitive dance programs and we have a commitment level suitable for every family.
Tandem also encourages adults to participate in fitness classes and develop healthy habits for the whole family. Our "Tandem Fitness" programs run concurrent to dance classes to help simplify the hectic schedule. Adults can also take part in our strictly fitness programs that take place all hours of the day!
