Baro Gun Pang Bakery

It is very hard to find a good Korean bakery in Toronto. This place is an authentic Korean bakery, but more like an old school Korean bakery. They offer lots of variety and good quality for reasonable price. My favorite is their croquettes. But usually croquettes sold out by late afternoon. Get there early!

My favorite bakery, there are many breads made with healthy ingredients, so I use them often. There are only six parking spaces.

It was uncomfortable experience as they did not observe physical distancing in their store. Just after eating cream bread/cake, we had stomache w headache. It is suspended they use unfresh staled ingredients though they advertise as 'daily baking'.

The name of the store is Baro Gun Pang which means in Korean "Just Baked". They have some varieties, but I do not believe all the cakes are just baked. It is an authentic Korean style cake place you can find in North York though.
