The beach stickers are a great deal. $50 for 7 days with several beaches to choose from in Barnstable/Hyannis. Of course it's a good idea to get to the beach early if you want a prime parking spot. I don't know what beach's parking lots are not packed like sardines during the summer. The staff at the Rec. Department has always been friendly to me and I've been going there for 3 years now.

Barnstable beach stickers are a total ripoff. They charge a ridiculous amount for the right to be packed like a sardine on the few tiny public beaches this pass allows. If you don't park by 9 AM the beach lots will be full. The charge is $200 for a seasonal pass, even when you present proof of a long term residential lease and proof of utilities in your name. You must change your registration to be MA to get the $35 residence pass (which they should be giving to residence free for all the tax revenue they are collecting!) The staff here are rude and dictatorial.
