Story

Situé au Centre ville de Montréal, le Bar George’s inscrit dans la continuité du riche passé du Mount Stephen’s avec sa cuisine contemporaine mais résolument tournée vers l’avenir.

Le Bar George offre une cuisine classique, inventive et novatrice.

Le Mount Stephen, edifice classé monument historique, fut originalement la résidence du Baron George Stephen pour devenir par la suite un club privé très select. Son architecture reflète la richesse et l’opulence de cette époque. Le Bar George respecte le caractère noble des lieux et l’enrichit par son menu très actuel.

A la fois imprégnée du clacissisme anglais et du savoir faire québecois, la cuisine originale s’inspire du passé et du présent tout en rendant hommage à Sir George Stephen, à ses origines britaniques et aux liens étroits qu’il entretenait avec les Canadiens.
