I would give them no stars if it allowed. Poor customer service. Will be closing my account after I make an appointment which is required to get service.

I used an ATM to witdraw money from my card today at the Toppenish BOA to pay some bills and the machine didnt give me my money but debited my account. Needless to say i was very upset and felt completley helpless. When i went in to talk to the manager of the bank (Natalie Ramos) about what happened, I asked if we could go talk away from the large group of people standing in line and she flat out told me No and there was nothing she could do. She didnt offer me a number to call for The ATM CUSTOMER SERVICE or ANY HELP WHAT SO EVER! I felt she was very rude and dry with me in a very tramatic situation. I am absolutley dissapointed with how i was treated I WOULD NEVER USE BANK OF AMERICA OR THEIR ATMS EVER AGAIN AND SEVERAL OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FREINDS ARE CLOSING THIRE ACCOUNTS THERE. Ive always heard bad things about the Toppenish branch of BOA and i witnessed it first hand today.

Needed a notary asap. Asked, they said they had one. Then when they found out we didn't have an account, they said, sorry too bad, it's only for account holders. I couldn't even pay a fee. Some service. BOA, all these years and you're still the worst.

Too bad I can't post a zero rating for this place. The excuses I heard from these fricken people. I had a hold put on my deposit. oh yea, if it was a Bank of America account then I would have received the funds right now. So as a debit/credit card user, I can use my debit card, and boom the vendor receives their money. If a bonafide financial institution writes a check, and you deposit it in a Non-Branch you get screwed. Banks should have the funds available instantly. We are in the 3rd millenium, and still behave as if we are dealing with the pony express.
