I am very disappointed that after having my house loan for only 1 month, Homestreet decided to pass it on to a lender in Florida! The whole reason of choosing a bank in town was so I could easily have access to the bank. I will NEVER go with HomeStreet again. I would also, not recommend it. Not only do they pass the loan to another state but it took them almost 3 months to get out loan ready. With this experience I would just recommend going with another branch.
