Bank of America Financial Center

I do like when banks are strict on their privacy policy and make sure that people are trying to catch bad checks, but what I don't like is when my significant other who has been cashing checks that I write her off my same account for many years and this branch doesn't like her. They said no. She was told that she has to see a manager before she can cash the check and it's a 25 minute wait while everyone stares at her wondering if she's a criminal or not. Marisol stated there was a notary holding up the process and that I would get a call right away. In America it is nice when our national language English is understandable Jenek Dellal, the store manager doesn't speak English. Slow service at this branch. Will go elsewhere from now on.

Horrible customer service. The banking manager, Jakal Dalal, repeatedly spoke over me until I asked him if I could talk, and even then he barely listened to what I was trying to say. He, along with most of the tellers, are rude and discourteous. Go to Chase across the street from the Promenade, they are far easier to work with and more willing to address concerns with policies.

This is a great Bank of America branch. They have a lot of services available you would not expect in a smallish branch office. Waits for the drive-through ATMs are usually short or non-existent, and there's lots of parking. It is also a very safe and visible location.

Horrible service at this branch. My husband comes in to make a mortgage payment and pays literally cents over. Instead of them just putting the change in principal like he asks them to do they harass him that he is trying to get information about the exact amount that is due. He ends up throwing a fit and they finally give him what he wants. I don't know how many people go in to pay other peoples mortgages but this is definitely ridiculous. We will be selling our house in the next year or so and will need another mortgage. I will let you know I will NOT be doing it through bank of america because of the treatment that we receive at this branch. He has issues every time he goes in there.
