My husband and I went to Abri because that is where we have banked at for years. We seeked out Jamie H. for help with purchasing our very first home. We did not know anything going into it and Jamie was very helpful to describe the whole process and lay out all our option. He made things very easy for us and talked us through every step. I am very glad we went through Abri and had the supportive staff to guide the entire way. Kim C. also made things very easy and updated us as we went along when we had finally selected our home. She was very helpful and much appreciated. Thanks Abri team for all your hard work and dedication!

We used Abri to mortgage our new home.  The situation was rushed as the seller needed a quick close date.  Jamie was fantastic and helped facilitate and push the process along and we ended up closing even faster than expected.  Opening a new account was part of the process and even that experience with Diane at the Woodridge location was extremely pleasant – she is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the different products and services Abri has to offer.  We want our mortgage to stay with Abri for the life of the loan – they’re that great to work with!

I refinanced my home and the Abri staff made it extremely simple to do.  When I go through the drive through... they know me by name.  It is extremely comfortable inside and they treat me like family.

I purchased a home at the beginning of the year. I was two weeks away from closing when the deal fell apart on the sellers end, and I was left scrambling to find a place FAST, lest I be without a place to live. Kim and Jamie were absolutely stellar throughout the process. They were on top of things from the get-go, and stayed on top of things until I was in my new home. I think we closed on my home in about three weeks. Even my real estate agent said they were the best mortgage folks he has ever dealt with. I really cant say enough nice things about Jamie and Kim. I truly appreciate the work you guys put in, and how diligent you were. You saved me weeks of couch surfing!

I've been a member of Abri Credit Union for ~13yrs, back from when it was Prarie Trail. I have use them for multiple vehicle loans, small personal loans, and a RV loan. Recently, I refinanced my primary residence with the help with Jamie and his team and it was nothing but a smooth experience.  Their communication is excellent, they have a knowledgeable staff, and everyone gives you a very personal experience! When banking with Abri, the staff makes you feel at home and not just another client or number.
