I can't say enough good things about them. Been there twice, and both times, had an excellent experience! They are very nice and understand that things happen, and try to help you out in the best way possible. The first time, I went to a few other places first, and Will County Loan offered me way more than anyone else was offering, and I really appreciated it. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The gentlemen were both very nice and concerned and compassionate about my situation.
They helped me out and gave me more no ney than what was quoted to me once they knew what the pawn money was needed for.
Clean and secure shop and the owners were very professional looming.
Highly recommend and will definitely do business with them in the future.

Website claims that this is an upscale establishment. Upon visiting, it was apparent that this business is anything but upscale. Staff wasn't directly rude, but I wouldn't describe them as friendly or welcoming either. I guess I shouldn't have expected much from a pawn shop, but thought that we may find a good deal on quality merchandise. We definitely thought wrong.

Simply searching for pawn shops to do business at, this will not be one of them. I’d rather be broke than to support a business that advertises bigotry. Hopefully no one in your family will ever come out as trans and suffer your intolerance. Disgusting
