Staff are great !
Location is horrible !
No parking ever and mostly because people going downtown park in the parking lot and there is nobody there to police the parking lot for patron's .

A couple of steps above banking at Chase. Way better than Wells Fargo but still a corporate bank

Slow, tellers dont want to help. Been the same way for the past 10 years. BofA on 3rd St is a better bet for good service.
