Best place for banh mi in Ottawa! I got the Saigon special, meatball and fishcake sandwiches. They were all delicious. My favourites were the Saigon special and meatball. The bread was amazing, you can taste that it is fresh. It has a crunchy outer crust with the softest inside. The fillings were also spectacular. The sandwich itself was also huge and very filling. I will definitely be ordering again and hopefully try some other items on the menu!
Yum!! Been looking for some good banh mi. The baguette is so fresh, crunchy shell and soft at the same time. I loved the tofu one even though I always go for grilled pork. They had fresh sugarcane juice. Perfect for those warmer days.

Probably the best Vietnamese sub in town. I love their bread. It's authentic and always freshly made. They have so many options that you can't get anywhere else. The sugarcane juice is delicious. Highly recommended
The food was delicious and very tasty. We had the Saigon Special and Grilled Pork. The Saigon was packed with flavour and a few bites had some heat to them. But nothing that people who don't like heat should be afraid of. The grilled pork was my favourite, and it tasted exactly like the deconstructed bun on a plate tastes like; just it is on an actual bun. Speaking of buns, the bread was so good. It was nice and soft and very fresh.
We’ve been looking for the best Banh Mi in this city since having an authentic one on the east coast. We were always slightly disappointed with our findings. Banh Mi Yes is easily the best Banh Mi we have had in this city. The fresh bread and the truly authentic flavours absolutely makes this our go to Banh Mi shop in Ottawa. The Saigon Special was easily our favourite. Do yourself a favour and check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!
A big yes to BanhMiYes! Our first time trying them was when they offered delivery. So glad they were really accommodating/responsive when you send a message and delivery was easily set. We ordered the Saigon Special, Grilled Pork, Grilled Chicken Vermicelli and Peach Iced Tea. We were blown away by how fresh and delicious everything was! We kept saying “Wow, so good!” with every bite! Not even a week later, we picked up another order of Pulled Pork Banh Mi and Grilled Pork with Rice — and again, we heartily enjoyed all of it! Great Vietnamese food at it’s freshest veggies and tastiest meats! I also very much like their packaging — clean design. The packaging alone lets you know you will enjoy BanhMiYes! And writing this review makes me want to order again! =
Best Banh Mi in Ottawa IMO. The bread is made fresh and has a very unique texture and flavour, the fillings I’ve tried a few are amazing. My family and coworkers love this place and it’s well worth the price for a fresh homemade meal. Can’t wait for the new location!
Best banh mi sandwich in town. Phoebe makes her special Vietnamese bread daily, and it is unique and not available anywhere else. Everything in each dish is made from scratch. It is so good to have Phoebe and her delicious food back.
I think this place deserves to be called best Banh Mi in Ottawa! The bread is so fresh and delicious. I’ve tried both their chicken and tofu banh mi’s and they were both amazing! Their peach iced tea and sugarcane drink were also fantastic!
