So happy to have discovered this new dessert spot! I have been dying to go back! The space is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The service is very friendly and personable. The food is INCREDIBLE! My daughter tried halo halo for the first time it was so delicious. Made my soul happy eating it and being able to share with her. Please check this place out! This is just the type of place Ann Arbor needed!
I have been waiting for Bambu to open since I heard them serving fresh taro in their drinks the only one in town as I know. Strongly recommend to all real taro lovers. The egg waffle is also authentically delicious. This is a very cute store with fresh and tasty authentic desserts. Must try!
This is an excellent bubble tea place! It's great that they have plenty of dessert options but it seems like the staple here is tea and boba. I ordered the lychee green tea and it was a little more bitter than I expected but I still enjoyed it because it wasn't too sweet. The macaroons looked good, although I didn't try one. They also have Mochi and I saw waffles on the menu! I would try this place again and try one of their signature drinks next time!
Well dang. If you are a Boba fan or enjoy interesting and flavorful fun drinks then you gotta try this place!!! The Taro smoothie with Boba was so silky smooth and dang so tasty. The fact that they make many of their ingredients is a plus. An almost buttery and sweet aroma hits you when you walk in. Emily was so kind and was just radiating. The kind of business owner that does this because she loves it. Thank you for bringing this amazing place to Ann Arbor~

I was excited when I saw this open, I had tried the canton location and while it was okay I was hoping this one would be better, and it was! I got to meet the owner a really sweet lady who said each location is independently owned and operated, and the person behind the counter was really sweet too. I got the halo halo for the first time and wow wow wow was it yummy! I took this photo after I started eating it. So many flavors and textures! Looking forward to going again!

Bambu has become a regular visit for my friends and I! Delicious drinks and wonderful customer service. I've had a few of the ché and I love all of them so far, but my favorite drink here is the green Thai tea- I get it iced. The macarons are good too, very flavorful. Recently I went and got banana milk and the man making the drink gave me free boba with it because he said it would be very good- and it was delicious! I enjoyed very much and appreciate this place. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're looking for somewhere to get a sweet or refreshing treat.
Bambu is one of my favorite places in the world. I go every Friday evening as a treat, and I look forward to it all week. The Che drinks are amazing, and the regular milk tea is great too. If you've only ever had regular boba, be adventurous and try different flavors or toppings. Pandan jelly and taro paste are my favorite additions.
Service can occasionally be a bit slow, and one employee who I have not seen since was very rude and disrespectful to my kids. But other that that, it’s delicious, the “green waffle” as my kids call it and bubble egg waffle are both great, and the fruit smoothies are good. Macaroons and mochi are both cheap and good. I do recommend the popping pearls boba for kids or younger kids in general, they generally think they taste better and it’s harder for them to choke.
