Maggie is a sweet lady that goes wayyy out of her way to make your stay comfortable and the rooms are spotless! The rooms are decorated so nice and it is such a charming little place:

Stayed June 18-21 to fish balsam lake. Maggie was amazing and the room was great, clean, well equipped, even had cable tv with every channel you could ask for. And the rate was very affordable. I'd recommend this motel to anyone wanting to get aways and enjoy the lake.

Extremely clean, comfortable overnight accommodation. The ownership is doing a good job of providing a safe place to stay during the covid 19 pandemic. If you wish to stay longer propane BBQ's with lots of playground, picnic tables, lawn chairs and a fire pit. We definitely will stay here again.

New owners have done SO much room Reno’s and it’s great! Great price and very catering to your visit. Exterior isn’t spectacular but you won’t be disappointed with your room. Highly recommend.

Owners are so friendly and accommodating. Great little room, far back from the road, very quiet. You can sit outside and listen to frogs, etc. My room was very clean, and I loved the bed.
