Bakkerij Krijnen is a small business located in beautiful Bennington, Vermont. Specializing in pastries from scratch and natural sourdough bread, production is done by Hans Krijnen. Hans is a European-trained pastry chef and a health coach, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. He started at 12 years old as an apprentice to the local baker in his hometown in the Netherlands, and his passion for good, wholesome food is unwavering. Hans tries to use as many local and organic, and all natural ingredients as possible in his products.
